Harad is a deciduous tree from the Combretaceae family, native to South Asia and widely used in Ayurveda as the “King of Medicines.” Its dried fruits are considered a natural remedy for digestion, detoxification, and longevity. Harad is also one of the three fruits in Triphala and is known for its rejuvenating properties.
